Carmageddon: Reincarnation Release Date Announced

Stainless Games Ltd. have announced that Carmageddon: Reincarnation will leave Steam early access and officially launch on the 23rd of April 2015. Carmageddon: Reincarnation is the fourth installment in the long running Carmageddon series. Reincarnation was initially funded through Kickstarter after years of trying to get the title off the ground.

Here’s the content that will be included in the final release of the title:

Career Mode: Spanning 16 “Chapters”, each comprising 3 or 4 Events.
Multiplayer: Up to 8 Players, LAN or online

A variety of twisted Event Types:

Classic Carmageddon
Car Crusher
Fox ‘n’ Hounds
Ped Chase
Death Race
Checkpoint Stampede

24 Vehicles
Power Ups: Over 80 crazy Power Ups
Pedestrians: A host of vulnerable ped variants for you to pulverise
9 Maps: comprising vast open-world environments and MP arenas
36 Race Routes

A massive mix of Stats, Challenges and Achievements to complete and collect.

Purchasing the title on Steam now will grant you access to the Early Access Special Bundle. Along with immediate access to the beta that is currently running, you will receive all the previous titles in the Carmageddon series.
